The BlurText component is a classic cinematic text reveal. By applying a heavy CSS filter: blur() and orchestrating a delayed stagger across the words or characters, it creates a feeling of a camera focusing in on the typography. Now updated with 4 distinct animation variants.

The component utilizes Framer Motion's useInView hook with margin: "-10% 0px". This means the animation will automatically trigger exactly once when the text scrolls into the viewport (specifically, when it's 10% past the bottom edge of the screen), preventing animations from running off-screen.
